A top-notch experience of the reef, I highly recommended it to everyone. The journey to the pontoon could be a bit dizzy if the ocean is not settled on the day so better to take medicine in advance just to make the entire experience a great one!

The 3 hours spent on the pontoon went by so quickly for us. Although we didn't do the snorkelling (I am a bit scared of ocean water), my spouse did the scuba dive and she thoroughly enjoyed it and rated it better than her dive experience at Gold Coast. The trainers were very professional and had ropes for all divers to go in rather than directly jumping in the water. There is an underwater platform where you can see all the divers go in on one side and on the other side we have the reef view of fish. It's good to have for anyone who doesn't want to dive in but can still see all those divers swimming with the fish under the ocean. The submersible experience is also cool. Gives you a good view of different types of reefs with a guide talking. If you are lucky you may see the small sharks and turtles but even without them the reef below looks gorgeous. The stand out for us was the helicopter ride. It's only 15 min but worth the time and money. The ocean view from the top with different colored reefs is just breathtaking, which one can never experience when on the ocean surface.

This tour was very informative with a marine biologist on board telling us all about the Great Barrier Reef. The snorkelling was next-level fun with what you get to see under the reef.

Amazing experience we went on the semi-submersible underwater boat and saw some amazing coral different coloured fish large small, striped Fluro orange tails, bright blue and green fish too. Amazing fresh food and seafood and a variety of different food too. The staff and service were also great!!!

Great snorkelling experience with lots of staff on standby to ensure safety of everyone in the water

Overall, a very safe snorkeling experience with lots of fish and corals to see. Improvement I can think of: (1) have someone in the water leading the group where to look; (2) insist on everyone to use hand sanitizer at the beginning of the buffet lunch queue (there were plenty of staff onboard so having one person handing out sanitizer should not be a problem).
